About Us

       It all started in the middle of Wal-Mart on the search for cleaning products, I met a stranger who began to speak to me about the importance of fasting and praying. As the conversation got deeper, we began to talk about life and what we wanted to do for the kingdom. I immediately told the man; I want to create faith apparel with the message of faith so the word of God can be shared with others. After the man heard my vision, he ran across Wal-Mart and grabbed a pack of blank white t-shirts and a black sharpie. The man asked me what would your first shirt say? I mentioned a phrase for a shirt, and the man replied, think bigger. I told the man, "He is the Vine", the man got down on the floor of Wal-Mart, pulled a white t-shirt out of the pack and wrote with a sharpie, "He is the Vine" verses John 15: 1-5. The man walked me to the front of Wal-Mart, paid for the t-shirts and he left.  From that day forward, I began to write all of my t-shirts designs down on blank t-shirts and that was the beginning of TruVine Apparel. 

Mission: To create apparel for the ones who move with Kingdom purpose, stay rooted in God's word, and refuse to follow the crowd. We represent The True VIne - the source of our strength, our identity, and our life. Every piece is a statement that our faith isn't hidden - it's lived. It's about finding a family, receiving a new identity, and discovering that you are chosen by God.
